Manpower Training

 Due to the expansion of SPC scope of work including implementing of new technology , new directory was established in 1992 , in order to train the different levels of SPC tech , staff , the task of this directory was put in line with grate technology development took place recently .

The national Trainees have to attend ( English language , Computer ) Training courses as well as internal and external technical courses through contracts with specialized institutes , in addition to the existing Training centers in the oil fields for workers and technicians .
